Ingredients

For Masala Paste
Onion 20g
MTR Turmeric Powder 0.4g
Garlic 3g
Star Anise 0.5g
Water for Grinding 50ml
For Pasta
Butter 30g
Garlic 5g
Carrot 12.5g
Beans 12.5g
Salt 4g
Pepper (Crushed) 0.5g
Chilli Flakes 0.5g
Water for Cooking 150g
Kasuri Methi 0.1g
Sugar 1g
Coconut Milk 150g
MTR Elbow Macaroni (Cooked)

Directions

Step 01 Grind onion, MTR Turmeric Powder, garlic, and star anise with water to make a fine paste.

Step 02 Add cooked carrot and beans and mix well.

Step 03 Add coconut milk and water and cook further.

Step 04 Add cooked macaroni, chilli flakes, salt, and kasuri methi.

Step 05 Cook well till semi-thick and coated with macaroni and switch off the flame. Serve hot.
