Ingredients
MTR Vermicelli | 200g |
Onion | 35g |
Capsicum | 20g |
Carrot | 20g |
Mushroom | 50g |
Butter or oil | 15g |
Spring onion | 5g |
Salt | 2.5g |
Soya sauce | 0.7g |
Pepper powder | 0.25g |
Sugar | 0.7g |
Directions
Step 01 Boil the vermicelli for 5-6 minutes and drain the excess water, apply oil and keep aside.
Step 02 Heat butter or oil in a pan, add mushroom, onion, carrot, capsicum one by one and sauté well.
Step 03 Add salt, pepper powder, sugar and mix well.
Step 04 Add cut spring onion and toss well and serve hot.
