Ingredients
Oil | 30ml |
Onion | 75g |
Green Chilli | 5g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 10g |
Tomato | 75g |
Mix Vegetables | 100g |
Coriander Leaves | 3g |
Mint Leaves | 3g |
MTR Pulao Masala | 5g |
MTR Vermicelli | 200g |
Water | 600ml |
Directions
Step 01 Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli and slice onion, sauté till its light brown in color.
Step 02 Add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw flavor goes off.
Step 03 Add sliced tomato and sauté till mushy.
Step 04 Add mixed vegetables and mix well. Add MTR Pulao Masala and stir well.
Step 05 Add water and mix well. Once the water starts boiling, add MTR vermicelli and cook until softens.
Step 06 Mix well and serve hot.
