Ingredients
Butter | 20g |
Maida (Refined Flour) | 5g |
Pepper (Crushed) | 0.5g |
Milk | 200ml |
Garlic (Chopped) | 5g |
MTR Vermicelli | 75g |
Red Chilli Flakes | 0.5g |
Oregano | 0.5g |
Salt | 2.5g |
Green Peas | 25g |
Corn | 25g |
Cheese (for garnish) | --g |
Water | 100ml |
Directions
Step 01 Boil MTR vermicelli until cooked, drain it and keep it aside. Blanch green peas and corn and keep them aside.
Step 02 Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and maida and fry on slow flame till it turns into light color.
Step 03 Add milk and mix well without any lumps.
Step 04 Add water and cook well.
Step 05 Add oregano, red chilli flakes, blanched green peas, corn, and cooked vermicelli.
Step 06 Mix well. Serve garnished with grated cheese.
