Ingredients
Ghee | 30g |
Cashewnut | 5g |
Dry grapes | 10g |
Milk | 200g |
Water | 200g |
MTR Vermicelli | 100g |
Sugar | 100g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.3g |
Cardamom powder | 0.3g |
Clove | 0.5g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat ghee in a pan, add clove, cashewnut, dry grapes and MTR Turmeric Powder.
Step 02 Add water and once starts boiling, add the MTR Vermicelli and cook well.
Step 03 Add milk and cook until soft. Add sugar and mix well.
Step 04 Simmer for 2 minutes and add cardamom powder.
Step 05 Mix well and serve hot.
