Ingredients
Butter | 10g |
Garlic | 5g |
Tomato Ketchup | 50g |
MTR Vermicelli | 25g |
Water | 300ml |
Salt | 2.5g |
Coriander Leaves | 0.5g |
White Pepper Powder | 0.75g |
Fresh Cream | 10g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and maida and fry on a slow flame till into a light color.
Step 02 Add tomato ketchup and mix well. Add water.
Step 03 Once it starts boiling add MTR Vermicelli and salt.
Step 04 Cook until vermicelli turns soft. Add white pepper powder and fresh cream.
Step 05 Mix it well. Serve hot.
