Ingredients
Oil | 10g |
Garlic | 5g |
Onion | 25g |
Carrot | 20g |
Capsicum | 20g |
Cabbage | 20g |
Spring Onion | 4g |
Soya Sauce | 2.5g |
Salt | 2.5g |
Sugar | 1.5g |
Water | 200ml |
Pepper (Crushed) | 0.5g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 2.5g |
MTR Vermicelli (Cooked) | 100g |
Corn Flour | 2.5g |
Directions
Step 01 Deep fry the MTR Rice Sevai in hot oil and keep it aside.
Step 02 Heat oil in a pan, add crushed garlic, sliced onion, and sauté till translucent.
Step 03 Add ginger garlic paste, julienne carrot, cabbage, and capsicum, and sauté well.
Step 04 Add salt, sugar, soya sauce, crushed pepper, and water.
Step 05 Add corn flour and mix with water.
Step 06 Add spring onion and cooked vermicelli. Switch off the flame. Serve hot.
