Oil | 15ml |
Mustard | 1g |
Urad Dal | 2g |
Curry Leaves | 1g |
Red Chilli | 1g |
Onion | 50g |
MTR Rice Sevai (Cooked) | 150g |
Salt | 3g |
Sugar | 0.5g |
Mint Leaves | 5g |
Coriander Leaves | 10g |
Green Chilli | 5g |
Ginger | 5g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat 10 gm oil in a pan. Add urad dal and fry till brown.
Step 02 Add sliced onion, green chilli and ginger. Sauté till translucent.
Step 03 Add coriander leaves and mint leaves. Add sugar and salt.
Step 04 Cool it down and grind it into a fine paste.
Step 05 Heat the remaining oil and add mustard seed and curry leaves.
Step 06 Add the paste and mix well. Add the cooked rice sevai.
Step 07 Mix well and serve hot.
