MTR Roasted Vermicelli | 200g |
Paneer | 200g |
Onion | 120g |
Green Chilli | 15g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 15g |
Tomato | 180g |
Curd | 110g |
Coriander leaves | 5g |
Mint leaves | 5g |
Salt | 11g |
Water | 750 |
MTR Biryani Masala | 5g |
Ghee | 45g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 1g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat ghee in a pan, add sliced onion, and sauté till brown color.
Step 02 Add slit green chilli, and ginger garlic paste and sauté till the raw flavor goes off.
Step 03 Add sliced tomato and sauté till mushy.
Step 04 Add MTR Biryani Masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curd, and salt.
Step 05 Add water and mix well.
Step 06 Add the Roasted Vermicelli and close and dum cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 07 Open the lid, add the fried paneer, and mix well and serve hot. Cover with lid for 3-5 minutes.
Step 08 Serve hot.
