Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients
| MTR Special Garam Masala | 2.5 g |
| MTR Turmeric Powder | 2 g |
| MTR Chilli Powder | 1.5 g |
| MTR Coriander Powder | 0.5 g |
| Oil | 10 g |
| Butter | 20 g |
| Green Chillies (Chopped) | 2 g |
| Onions (Chopped) | 30 g |
| Ginger Paste | 4 g |
| Garlic Paste | 6 g |
| Tomatoes | 200 g |
| Tomatoes (Chopped) | 15 g |
| Cashew Nuts | 10 g |
| Kasuri Methi (Crushed) | 0.1 g |
| Water | 150 ml |
| Sugar | 5 g |
| Salt | 4 g |
| Milk | 100 g |
| Paneer | 100 g |
| Coriander Leaves | 1 g |
Method Of Preparations
- Wash tomatoes and make a paste with the cashew nuts. Keep aside.
- Heat equal portions of oil and butter in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté till light brown.
- Add chopped green chillies along with ginger & garlic pastes and cook till raw flavour goes off.
- Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Coriander Powder, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, salt and sugar and mix well.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy. Add the tomato cashew nut paste and cook well.
- Add milk and mix well. Add water and boil. Add Paneer and remaining butter. Cook until the gravy thickens. Add crushed Kasuri Methi, mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
- Serve hot.
