Cook Time: 20 minutes + overnight soaking
Ingredients
Red Kidney Beans | 100 g |
Oil | 15 g |
Onions | 30 g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 5 g |
Tomato Purée | 75 g |
MTR Chilli Powder | 2 g |
MTR Coriander Powder | 1 g |
MTR Cumin Powder | 1 g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.5 g |
Salt | 5.5 g |
Water | 720 ml |
Coriander Leaves | 2 g |
MTR Special Garam Masala | 3 g |
Method Of Preparations
- Cook the Rajma in a pressure cooker along with 500 ml water and 1 g salt for 10 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Sauté till brown.
- Now add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Coriander Powder, MTR Cumin Powder, MTR Turmeric Powder and cook on low flame.
- Add tomato purée and cook till oil separates.
- Now add boiled rajma and cook well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot.
