
Mixed Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
| Carrot | 30 g |
| Beans | 30 g |
| Green Peas | 25 g |
| Potato | 50 g |
| Cauliflower | 50 g |
| Onions (Chopped) | 75 g |
| Tomatoes | 100 g |
| Oil | 50 g |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | 10 g |
| Cashew Nuts | 10 g |
| Salt | 4.5 g |
| Sugar | 0.5 g |
| MTR Chilli Powder | 1.5 g |
| MTR Jeera Powder | 1 g |
| MTR Special Garam Masala | 2 g |
| MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.5 g |
| MTR Coriander Powder | 1 g |
| Coriander Leaves | 2 g |
| Water | 350 ml |
Method Of Preparations
- Wash and grind tomatoes along with cashew nuts to make a fine paste. Keep aside.
- Wash and dice the vegetables.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté till they turn brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste.
- Sauté well. Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Jeera Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Coriander Powder followed by the tomato cashew nut paste. Cook till oil separates.
- Add diced vegetables and water. Cook well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
