Mixed Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

Carrot 30 g
Beans 30 g
Green Peas 25 g
Potato 50 g
Cauliflower 50 g
Onions (Chopped) 75 g
Tomatoes 100 g
Oil 50 g
Ginger Garlic Paste 10 g
Cashew Nuts 10 g
Salt 4.5 g
Sugar 0.5 g
MTR Chilli Powder 1.5 g
MTR Jeera Powder 1 g
MTR Special Garam Masala 2 g
MTR Turmeric Powder 0.5 g
MTR Coriander Powder 1 g
Coriander Leaves 2 g
Water 350 ml

Method Of Preparations

  1. Wash and grind tomatoes along with cashew nuts to make a fine paste. Keep aside.
  2. Wash and dice the vegetables.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté till they turn brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Sauté well. Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Jeera Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Coriander Powder followed by the tomato cashew nut paste. Cook till oil separates.
  5. Add diced vegetables and water. Cook well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
