Ingredients

For Masala Paste
Green Chilli 5 g
MTR Turmeric Powder 0.75 g
Grated Coconut 35 g
MTR Coriander Powder 2 g
Fennel Seeds 1 g
For Korma
Oil 20 g
Onion 30 g
Tomatoes 30 g
Ginger Garlic Paste 5 g
Curry Leaves 1 g
Carrots 30 g
Beans 30 g
Cauliflower 30 g
Potato 30 g
Green Peas 30 g
Water 500 ml
MTR Special Garam Masala 5 g
Coriander Leaves 3 g
Salt 4.5 g

Method Of Preparations

  1. Grind the coconut along with green chillies, MTR Coriander Powder, fennel, and MTR Turmeric Powder with required quantity of water. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and onions, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw flavour goes off.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook well.
  5. Add masala paste and cook well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  7. Serve hot.
