Green Chilli | 5 g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.75 g |
Grated Coconut | 35 g |
MTR Coriander Powder | 2 g |
Fennel Seeds | 1 g |
For Korma | |
Oil | 20 g |
Onion | 30 g |
Tomatoes | 30 g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 5 g |
Curry Leaves | 1 g |
Carrots | 30 g |
Beans | 30 g |
Cauliflower | 30 g |
Potato | 30 g |
Green Peas | 30 g |
Water | 500 ml |
MTR Special Garam Masala | 5 g |
Coriander Leaves | 3 g |
Salt | 4.5 g |
Method Of Preparations
- Grind the coconut along with green chillies, MTR Coriander Powder, fennel, and MTR Turmeric Powder with required quantity of water. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and onions, sauté until translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw flavour goes off.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook well.
- Add masala paste and cook well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot.
