Ingredients
Oil | 20 g |
Curry Leaves | 1 g |
Onions (Sliced) | 50 g |
Tomatoes (Sliced) | 75 g |
Salt | 5 g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 5 g |
Fennel | 1 g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.5 g |
MTR Chilli Powder | 1 g |
MTR Special Garam Masala | 3 g |
Lemon Juice | 2 g |
Coriander Leaves | 3 g |
Cooked Rice | 300 g |
Method Of Preparations
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and sliced onions and sauté till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw flavour goes off.
- Add fennel, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala and mix.
- Add sliced tomatoes and sauté till mushy. Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and switch off the flame.
- Mix well and serve hot.
