Masala Rice

Ingredients

Oil 20 g
Curry Leaves 1 g
Onions (Sliced) 50 g
Tomatoes (Sliced) 75 g
Salt 5 g
Ginger Garlic Paste 5 g
Fennel 1 g
MTR Turmeric Powder 0.5 g
MTR Chilli Powder 1 g
MTR Special Garam Masala 3 g
Lemon Juice 2 g
Coriander Leaves 3 g
Cooked Rice 300 g

Method Of Preparations

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and sliced onions and sauté till translucent.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw flavour goes off.
  3. Add fennel, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala and mix.
  4. Add sliced tomatoes and sauté till mushy. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and switch off the flame.
  6. Mix well and serve hot.
