Ingredients
Oil | 20 g |
Mustard Seeds | 1 g |
Urad Dal | 3 g |
Chana Dal | 3 g |
Green Chillies | 6 g |
Ginger | 3 g |
Curry Leaves | 1 g |
Onions | 100 g |
Tomatoes | 60 g |
Boiled Potatoes | 300 g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.5 g |
Salt | 7.5 g |
Sugar | 2 g |
Coriander leaves | 3 g |
Lemon Juice | 6 g |
Water | 500 ml |
Asafoetida | 0.05 g |
MTR Special Garam Masala | 5 g |
Method Of Preparations
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and fry till they crackle.
- Add Asafoetida.
- Add Chana dal, Urad dal and fry till brown.
- Add green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
- Add onions and sauté till translucent.
- Add MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, salt and sugar.
- Add mashed potatoes and water. Mix well and let it cook.
- Add lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot.
