Ingredients
Oil | 20 g |
Onion | 60 g |
Curry Leaves | 1 g |
Green Chillies | 5 g |
Tomatoes | 75 g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 10 g |
MTR Chilli Powder | 2 g |
MTR Special Garam Masala | 5 g |
Mushroom | 200 g |
Salt | 2 g |
Coriander Leaves | 3 g |
Water | 50 ml |
Method Of Preparations
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté till brown
- Add cut green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Sauté till raw flavour goes off.
- Add chopped tomato and sauté till mushy. Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, salt to taste and mix well.
- Add cut mushroom and stir. Add water and cook till semi dry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot with rice.
