Bendakaya Fry

Ingredients

Oil 20 g
Onion 60 g
Curry Leaves 1 g
Green Chillies 5 g
Tomatoes 75 g
Ginger Garlic Paste 10 g
MTR Chilli Powder 2 g
MTR Special Garam Masala 5 g
Mushroom 200 g
Salt 2 g
Coriander Leaves 3 g
Water 50 ml

Method Of Preparations

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté till brown
  2. Add cut green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Sauté till raw flavour goes off.
  3. Add chopped tomato and sauté till mushy. Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, salt to taste and mix well.
  4. Add cut mushroom and stir. Add water and cook till semi dry.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
