Ingredients
Oil | 25 g |
Mustard Seeds | 1 g |
Curry Leaves | 1 g |
Onions | 50 g |
Tomatoes | 75 g |
Potatoes | 200 g |
MTR Chilli Powder | 2 g |
MTR Cumin Powder | 1 g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.5 g |
MTR Special Garam Masala | 3 g |
Salt | 3 g |
Coriander Leaves | 2 g |
Water | 200 ml |
Method Of Preparations
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and fry till it crackles.
- Add curry leaves, onions and sauté till translucent.
- Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Cumin Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala and salt.
- Add diced potato and sauté well.
- Add water, close the lid and let the potatoes cook.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot.
