Bangaladumpa Fry

Ingredients

Oil 25 g
Mustard Seeds 1 g
Curry Leaves 1 g
Onions 50 g
Tomatoes 75 g
Potatoes 200 g
MTR Chilli Powder 2 g
MTR Cumin Powder 1 g
MTR Turmeric Powder 0.5 g
MTR Special Garam Masala 3 g
Salt 3 g
Coriander Leaves 2 g
Water 200 ml

Method Of Preparations

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and fry till it crackles.
  2. Add curry leaves, onions and sauté till translucent.
  3. Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Cumin Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala and salt.
  4. Add diced potato and sauté well.
  5. Add water, close the lid and let the potatoes cook.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  7. Serve hot.
