Aloo Paratha

Ingredients
Cooked Potatoes | 200 g |
Green Chilli (Chopped) | 1.5 g |
Coriander Leaves | 3 g |
MTR Special Garam Masala | 3 g |
Amchur Powder | 2 g |
Salt | 2.5 g |
MTR Chilli Powder | 1 g |
For Dough | |
Wheat flour | 100 g |
Water | 140 ml |
Salt | 2 g |
Method Of Preparations
- Mix wheat flour with salt and water to make a dough.
- Knead well and keep aside to rest.
- Mash potatoes and add chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
- Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, Amchur Powder, salt and mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into discs. Place the potato filling in the centre.
- Bring all the edges together and seal it.
- Dust some flour and start rolling the paratha to a normal Chapati size.
- Heat the tawa and cook both the sides on a medium flame.
- Serve hot.
