Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

Cooked Potatoes 200 g
Green Chilli (Chopped) 1.5 g
Coriander Leaves 3 g
MTR Special Garam Masala 3 g
Amchur Powder 2 g
Salt 2.5 g
MTR Chilli Powder 1 g
For Dough
Wheat flour 100 g
Water 140 ml
Salt 2 g

Method Of Preparations

  1. Mix wheat flour with salt and water to make a dough.
  2. Knead well and keep aside to rest.
  3. Mash potatoes and add chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
  4. Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, Amchur Powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into discs. Place the potato filling in the centre.
  6. Bring all the edges together and seal it.
  7. Dust some flour and start rolling the paratha to a normal Chapati size.
  8. Heat the tawa and cook both the sides on a medium flame.
  9. Serve hot.
