Masala rice is medium oily, medium spicy. Rice is well cooked. There are pieces of carrot, beans, all of which were well cooked.

It is very pathetic to mention that the order was not at all delivered by your delivey partner till date.

You need lots of improvement

I liked the Masala rice only among the other stuff I had ordered.But the rice after cooking/Pouch boiling is very hard to eat. It is not as soft as the rice we cook at home. Also the price is very high. I can get delicious thali at 80 rs in my canteen that is also unlimited. If you improve the quality and the price then definitely I will purchase your products. All the best
