I ordered 20 packs and not heard since then !!

I ordered 20 packs of dal makhni but no email or msg of confirmation I have received and I don’t even know when it will be delivered if at all. I have paid fully while placing the online order.

Called customer care but every time I’m given a new no. No one wants to help. Very sad state of the company .
Wonder how long will they survive like this.

Worst service and customer care experience

Your info is wrong. Order delivered today 12 th November. I did not get to use for intended purpose. Pls cancel it and refund the amount. Pathetic service. No replies for mails I sent. No one picks at ur customer care number. Very bad experience. Will never use or suggest anyone this brand and ur online process. And to the shame of things you are saying it for delivered 19 days ago. What a joke.
