We ordered online. Delivery was delayed by 4 days. Tracking was not possible. Customer support over phone was not at all working. When we got the parcel, couple of items were missing. We reached out only through CARE MTR.
You should improve your delivery time and customer support over the phone should be active. We like MTR products very much. This is the first time we tried online and our experience was very bad.
