The order has been DELAYED by 10 days despite reaching at destination HUB.
The courier company BLUEDART IS FALSELY SHOWING ATTEMPTED DELIVERY ON 3-4 TIMES DESPITE NO CALL FROM AGENT AND NO ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE TO DELIVER. EVERYTIME TIME THEY MANIPULATE THE SYSTEM BY UPDATING STATUS ''CUSTOMER RESUSED TO ACCEPT''. WHICH IS 100% FALSE. HONESTLY NO ATTEMPT OR CALL HAS BEEN MADE BY BLUEDART AND IN PAST EXPERIENCE WITH BLUEDART , ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS THEY HAVE BEEN DOING SAME NOTORIOUS ATTITUE BY FASELY SHOWING DELIVERY FAILED DUE SHORTAGE OF STAFF ETC.
IT WAS MY FIRST ATTEMPT OF BUYING FEW PRE-PAID ITEMS FROM MTR , BUT IT HAS TRULY FRUSTATING TO SEE SUCH POOR DELIVERY SET UP AT YOUR END.
KINDLY PLEASE RE-SEND THE SAME OR SORT IT OUT AT YOUER END WITH OTHER DELIVERY/COURIER PARTNER WHO CAN DO THE NEEDFUL.

Dear MTR team, we tried to order directly from the website so that we can get latest packed masala powders so that we can send it to our relatives abroad, but the manufacturing date was of April and May.
I have been using MTR rice masalas since two years. I use to purchase them locally, but now they are not available here and had to order form MTR directly and I am very satisfied with prompt delivery and would order them in future.
