MTR Bajji & Bonda Mix 200 g Price
Ingredients
Bengal gram dal (64%), Rice flour, Salt, Red chilli powder, Raising agent (500ii), Turmeric powder, Asafoetida.How to cook
Mix 1 measure (200g) of MTR Instant Bajji & Bonda Mix with ¾ measures (250 ml) of water to form a smooth batter.
To prepare Bajji:
Dip the slices of Potato, Raw banana, Brinjal, Onion, Capsicum or Bajji chilli in MTR Bajji & Bonda (Pakoa) mix batter.
Deep fry in edible oil till golden brown and serve hot with sauce.
To prepare Alu Bonda:
Heat 2 tbsp of refined vegetable oil; add 1 tsp mustard and ½ tsp gram dal till it spatters. Add 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp Garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add 3 medium sized finely cut onions and cut green chillis as per taste.
Saute on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add a pinch of Turmeric powder, 4-5 cooked, peeled and mashed potatoes, salt to taste and mix well.
Then add finely cut coriander leaves and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the mix and make small balls.
Dip the balls in the MTR Bajji & Bonda (Pakoda) mix batter and deep fry till light brown.
Serve hot and crispy Alu Bondas.
